1. General Information


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of subscription-based services provided by:

By subscribing to any paid plan via Stripe or using PETsTourism.com, the Client agrees to these Terms.

These services are intended for business users (B2B).



2. General Service Framework (Applies to All Partners)


2.1. PETsTourism.com provides a visibility and promotion platform for pet-friendly accommodations and pet-related services.


2.2. PETsTourism.com:

  • does not act as a booking intermediary
  • does not process guest/customer payments
  • is not a party to any agreement between Client and end user

2.3. All bookings and services are conducted directly between the Client and their customers.



3. Free Trial and Billing (Applies to All Partners)


3.1. All subscriptions include a 90-day free trial.


3.2. During the trial:

  • no payment is charged
  • a valid payment method must be provided


3.3. The Client may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.


3.4. A reminder email is sent 7 days before the end of the trial, prior to any billing.


3.5. Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically converts into a paid annual plan.


3.6. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.


3.7. PETsTourism.com operates a 0% commission model.



4. Customer Portal (Applies to All Partners)


Clients can manage their subscription via:

Through this portal, Clients can:

  • view subscription and billing status
  • access and download invoices
  • update payment methods
  • update billing details
  • cancel their subscription
  • manage subscription settings where enabled



5. Cancellation (Applies to All Partners)


5.1. During trial: free cancellation.


5.2. After payment:

  • cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • no refunds are provided unless required by law


5.3. Services remain active until the end of the paid term.



6. Plan Changes (Applies to All Partners)


6.1. Upgrades:

  • take effect immediately
  • charged pro rata


6.2. Downgrades:

  • take effect at end of billing period



7. Failed Payments and Chargebacks (Applies to All Partners)


7.1. Failed payments are retried automatically (up to 8 attempts within ~2 weeks).


7.2. If all retries fail:

  • the subscription is cancelled


7.3. PETsTourism.com may suspend or remove listings in case of non-payment.


7.4. If a chargeback is initiated:

  • the subscription may be immediately terminated without refund


7.5. The Client acknowledges that initiating a chargeback without valid legal grounds may result in:

  • permanent removal from the platform
  • refusal of future service



8. No Refund and No Performance Guarantee


8.1. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.


8.2. PETsTourism.com provides visibility and promotional services only and does not guarantee:

  • bookings
  • revenue
  • traffic
  • ranking position


8.3. Any references to improved booking behavior, higher spending, or seasonal benefits are informational and non-binding.



9. Quality Standards and Right to Remove Listings


9.1. PETsTourism.com maintains quality standards to ensure a high level of trust for users of the platform.


9.2. PETsTourism.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • suspend, modify, or remove any listing
  • downgrade visibility or classification

where it reasonably determines that:

  • the quality of the accommodation or service has significantly declined
  • the Client no longer meets expected pet-friendliness or service standards
  • information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or outdated
  • the Client’s offering may negatively affect user experience or trust


9.3. Such removal or suspension does not entitle the Client to any refund.



10. Liability (Applies to All Partners)


10.1. PETsTourism.com is not liable for:

  • disputes between Client and customers
  • service delivery issues
  • third-party failures

10.2. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant subscription year, to the extent permitted by law.



11. Intellectual Property


All PETsTourism.com branding and materials remain its property.

Logo usage:

  • is non-exclusive
  • only valid during active subscription
  • must be discontinued upon termination



12. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Disputes fall under Portuguese jurisdiction.



PART I – ACCOMMODATION PARTNERS


13. Scope


Applies to hotels, resorts, villas, apartments, bed & breakfasts, camper rentals, and similar accommodations.



14. Accommodation Plans


Basic Partner – €199/year

Includes listing, visibility, marketing exposure, materials, logo usage, and network access.


Plus Partner – €349/year

Includes Basic, plus:

  • mystery guest visit
  • consultancy and screening
  • homepage logo placement


Premium Partner – €499/year

Includes Plus, plus:

  • category exclusivity within a freguesia



15. Accommodation Responsibilities

The Client must:

  • provide accurate accommodation details
  • comply with hospitality regulations
  • manage bookings independently



PART II – SERVICE PARTNERS


16. Scope

Applies to:

  • groomers
  • veterinarians
  • pet stores
  • restaurants
  • transport providers
  • other pet-related services



17. Service Partner Plans


Essential Partner – €199/year

Includes listing, visibility, materials, logo usage, promotion.


Preferred Partner – €299/year

Includes Essential, plus:

  • higher ranking
  • mystery guest report
  • homepage logo placement


Premium Service Partner – €399/year

Includes Preferred, plus:

  • category exclusivity within a freguesia



18. Service Partner Responsibilities

The Client must:

  • provide accurate business information
  • comply with applicable laws
  • deliver services as described
